At Liberty Education Solutions, we combine experience, passion, and commitment to transform the educational landscape. Founded by Dácil Coello, a lawyer and education manager with more than two decades of experience, our consultancy was born from a deep conviction: education is the engine of progress, and every student represents a unique mission.
Our history is shaped by legal expertise, school management, and pedagogical innovation. After leading a school in the Canary Islands for nearly a decade and providing legal advice to institutions nationwide, Dácil brought together a multidisciplinary team capable of offering comprehensive solutions for schools, administrators, teachers, educational entrepreneurs, and families.
Today, Liberty Education Solutions operates in Madrid and Gran Canaria, working closely with institutions that share our vision: high-quality, innovative education adapted to the challenges of the 21st century.
I am Dácil Coello, CEO and founder of Liberty Education Solutions.
Education is my story.
I grew up among classrooms, projects, and a deeply rooted culture of hard work and effort. My father, Antonio Coello, marked a turning point in education in the Canary Islands with a clear idea: true freedom is only achieved through knowledge.
From a young age, I admired his commitment to education. In his daily life, he emphasized the importance he gave to every child, defending that each one deserved a unique opportunity to develop their potential, always respecting their individuality.
That is why he embraced a Latin maxim by Decimus Junius Juvenal that he engraved in our hearts:
“Maxima debetur puero reverentia” (A child deserves the utmost respect).
That seed took root in me. And without a doubt, I feel fortunate to have been able to absorb his example and values.
I also observed how innovative ideas require great effort and perseverance to be implemented, and how rigid the educational system can be.
I earned my Law degree from the University of Granada (Spain) and specialized with a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and Accounting at the Federico de Castro Legal School in Madrid (Spain). I completed my legal training with a PhD in Commercial Law.
Later, I completed a Master’s Degree in School Leadership at Universidad Nebrija.
For years, I worked as a lawyer specializing in Educational, Commercial, and Insolvency Law, collaborating as a legal advisor with public and private schools throughout Spain.
In 2008, I founded Escuela de Conocimientos, a space for reflection and dialogue that organized national and international conferences, including the landmark International Asperger Syndrome Congresses (2016 and 2017), recognized in the legal, educational, and healthcare fields.
I am passionate about actively collaborating with television and radio, driven by my commitment to values and social awareness.
For more than 10 years (until December 2024), I managed a school in the Canary Islands, combining this work with legal and strategic consulting for educational institutions throughout Spain.
From all this experience — legal, managerial, educational, and human — Liberty Education Solutions was born, with a nationwide presence and an international vocation.
Our Mission is undoubtedly to exceed expectations, not merely meet them. It is to understand that wherever there is a child, there is always a mission.
Our Vision is rooted in the belief that transformative education does not only train students: it shapes free, critical, responsible, and empathetic citizens. Improving the community and strengthening society is our goal.

Dácil Coello
Since I can remember, I have been deeply in love with education.
As a child, I devoured books, dismantled every electronic device that came into my hands, and dreamed of a world where each person could learn what truly inspires them, at their own pace and according to their own values. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs in the fields of education and law.
I trained as a Computer Engineer at Universidad Europea de Madrid, and from day one I integrated technology as the greatest driver of human progress: the only force capable of scaling knowledge to millions, removing barriers, and returning full control of learning to individuals.
I have always preferred working and building teams through real project-based systems. For me, this approach is ideal: we learn by doing, iterate quickly, measure concrete results, and maintain high motivation.
I love the autonomy it gives each person, the clarity of shared goals, the ability to adapt in real time, and above all, the immediate satisfaction of seeing how each improvement directly impacts families and students.
Today, as co-founder of Liberty Education Solutions, I live with genuine enthusiasm for the development and expansion of this adventure.
For me, it means working on a project that brings together everything I love: cutting-edge technology, educational excellence, and above all, absolute respect for the freedom of families and students.
Here, we do not only build tools; we defend a way of understanding life and learning. And for me, that has no price.
More than 20 years of experience in tax, accounting, and economic consulting.
I am a lawyer and economist, and for years I have supported companies and entrepreneurs in optimizing their resources and making strategic decisions that truly make a difference.
My specialization has always been auditing, tax planning, and corporate restructuring, combining solid technical-legal knowledge with a highly practical, results-oriented approach.
Since joining Liberty Education Solutions as an educational consultant, I have directed this experience toward a sector I am deeply passionate about: education.
My daily work consists of collaborating closely with private schools, academies, business schools, and other training institutions in Spain to improve their financial performance, strengthen their structures, and ensure long-term sustainability.
I analyze each institution with the same rigor I once applied to large corporations: identifying inefficiencies, proposing cost-reduction plans without compromising quality, optimizing taxation, restructuring debt when necessary, and designing strategies that enable greater investment in educational projects.
The goal is not only financial balance, but providing institutions with the resources needed to grow, innovate, and continue educating future generations.
At the same time, I actively contribute to developing financial training programs for school leaders, families, and students.
Being part of Liberty Education Solutions has allowed me to grow professionally and personally, putting my knowledge at the service of something far beyond economic benefit: the future of education in Spain.
Committed to defending people’s rights
From a young age, I felt a natural vocation for teaching, rights, and supporting others in their growth.
My career has been deeply influenced by close contact with vulnerable individuals, whom I have always defended in their right to access education under equal conditions.
I have learned that no child should grow limited by childhood difficulties, but deserves the opportunity to fully develop with freedom and confidence.
That is why I am proud to be part of Liberty Education Solutions: a living, constantly growing project.
We aim to go far beyond what the current system offers. We seek truly personalized, effective, and liberating education.
When a child receives education adapted to who they really are, they do not just learn: they become free.
We are living through crucial moments for education in Spain. The actions taken today will shape future generations.
Schools are built by the people who work in them and by their educational projects. Facilities help, but families ultimately choose based on values and complementary services.
My experience as an educator, manager, and trainer is extensive. I have taught secondary and high school, served as Head of Department, and worked in private and publicly funded schools.
I was Director of Colegio Sagrado Corazón for 26 years and later worked at Colegio Pinosierra, Colegio Árula, and the American School of Las Palmas.
Today, I collaborate as an advisor at Liberty Education Solutions, supporting leadership teams and strengthening institutional reputation.
In education, the book of learning is never closed. Each academic year is a new chapter that must be written together — and always better than the last.
